With due respect to Donald Trump, Cornyn’s hostility to Trump is probably third or fourth on the list or reasons to not vote for him. Cornyn is the definition of an “Establishment” Republican in the worst sense of the phrase. He sees no evil when it comes to the FBI and CIA.

I still remain convinced Trump will endorse Cornyn.

I really want to be wrong. I really wish Trump was not so friendly with the GOP Establishment.

This guy Cornyn is one of the worst, he is exactly the kind of republican we voted for Trump to get elected and go up there to give them heart burn. Now he endorses them.

Any Texas voter has been bombarded with Cornyn ads for months. Cornyn, in a cowboy hat claiming to have voted with Trump 99%, Cornyn strolling along the border with Trump quite photo shopped

Nothing truthful

And that is the entirety of the ad. No accomplishments by Cornyn. There have been none to talk about in an ad. The rest of the ads talk about Paxton having a bad marriage. Why people fall for this ploy in a country with a gigantic divirce rate, I can’t imagine. Paxton does his AG job very well, consistently, his marital issues do not involve his job, office or staff.
