My son (30) works in construction and he says the Gen Z problem doesn’t exist in the trades. He says the worst thing they will do is call in sick on the first day of rifle season.
I believe there are industries that have exceptions. Construction is likely one—you are working “hands on” and with a watchful eye in that trade.
