It’s Bigfoot season in Ohio.
Numerous reported sightings of the hairy beasts — which are said to be up to 10 feet tall — have been reported in the gloomiest corner of the state, leaving believers on edge.
Some are even suspecting an entire family of Sasquatches could be migrating through the region.
At least seven Bigfoot sightings have been reported across northeast Ohio since Friday, according to the minds at the Bigfoot Society, with most of the encounters coming between Akron and Youngstown in Portage County.
One of the latest alleged incidents happened Monday evening in Streetsboro, with the witness insisting she hadn’t seen any of the other reports of the sightings.
“They were passing the Tinkers Creek area when a 6-and-a-half-foot lean, brown bigfoot appeared in their lane but going against the flow of traffic,” the Bigfoot Society’s Jeremiah Byron said.
“They were so close that the witness said that her daughter could have reached out and hit the Bigfoot with her arm.”
“She was so freaked out she couldn’t turn around and go back — she is not a Bigfoot person,”

The Bigfoot habitat is confined to parts of the Pacific Northwest. They can’t migrate to Ohio without being seen.

Whatever it is ….. It’s Bigfoots’ fault. Even though Bigfoot wants honest politicians ….. cannot have honest politicians because it’s, Bigfoots’ fault.

Not the case. They have been seen in every State and Canada. Other country’s have them, too. They are known by different names. In fact there are over 50 names for them. There seems tto be more than one species. In the southen swamps,they only get to around 6ft. But are mean. In the north they get much taller and aren’t as mean. Some have an ape‐like appafence while others look like hairy humans. I find them facinating to study.

I grew up in rural northeast Ohio, spent my boyhood in the woods, often practicing stillness and stealth, inspired by boyhood books about pioneers and Indians. If there were any bigfoots around I would have been a most likely person to encounter one. Nobody ever heard of them in the 50s and 60s, even the old timers or the Amish. Only when they became a sci-fi type media thing did a lively group of not-quite-tongue-in-cheek bigfoot hunters spring up in the area. Some even became believers. Sort of like flat-earthers, only more good natured.
And yet, not ONE decent photo or video, despite every single person in the country having a high resolution photo/video camera on them every moment of every day. Riiiight.
