Some of the guys in the neighborhood went to a show out on The Island during that tour in July. They were mesmerized. They all picked up guitars, had garage bands that never broke up, though they all have other careers. It started from that show.
Pure, raw talent. Nothing like it and few had it. Hendrix, Stevie Ray, Joplin, Clapton, B.B. Johnny Winters Dylan, etc., etc. Fortunately there were so many bands that there enough of them hat just had some members that had something very special. The Allman Brothers had that special thing.
