Just.
It would be nice if President Trump just stayed out of this.
I just want the SAVE ACT passed, regardless of which Republican wins, just pass the SAVE ACT
“If Trump endorses Paxton
Ken Paxton: 58%
John Cornyn: 32%

If Trump Endorses Cornyn
Ken Paxton: 44%
John Cornyn: 43%
Not sure: 13%”
Good news. Hopefully Trump gets on board and supports Paxton.
Transvestarico is going to win this seat. It’s going to be a bad day for Texas. We’d be better off with Woke Salad Abby from Vagina or Steamboat Mickey from Joysey.
GREAT
According to this poll, Cornyn is polling *lower* than the percentage of the vote he just received in a race with several candidates splitting the vote. Meaning some of those who just voted for him are no longer supporting him in less than a week and he’s getting 0% of the votes from the other candidates’ supporters. He only gets to a tie in the support he already received last week if Trump endorses him according to this poll.
“ It would be nice if President Trump just stayed out of this”
Is he in it?
Pretty much confirms the common wisdom... Hunt took more votes from Paxton than Cornyn.
Really not sure why West was even in the race... all he did was ensure that Paxton wouldn’t get to 50%.. forcing a runoff and delaying his focus on the general, and force money to be spent.
Which would be a move one would expect from an establishment/uniparty guy.
I don’t know West, but would like to think that was not his reasons, but its kind of hard to figure out what else they would be. We all know the TX GOP Establishment hates Paxton and will do anything to harm him... They would like nothing more than see a Democrat win rather than Paxton win.
Now 3 months will be wasted on a Runoff where you better believe Cornyn and the establishment will use ever dirty trick they can find and all the money they can get to just attack Paxton.
It won’t stop Paxton from winning the nomination but it will cost 3 months of tearing down the Democrat.
I still believe Paxton will win handily, but it just makes little sense to me.
It is well past time to Cornhole Cornyn.
