No kidding. I don’t like that we launch military operations against other countries.
But we have been at war with the Iranian regime since November 1979. We never closed that loop as far as I am concerned.
And I feel much the same way about North Korea after their seizure of the USS Pueblo in 1968. They never answered for that.
Iran was going to come to a head sooner or later. No doubt we will see terrorist operations inside this country. We are just going to have to fight.
The world needs to treat terrorism in the 21st Century the way we treated piracy in the 18th Century. Mercilessly and with uniform condemnation.
And Iran, since 1979, has been the leader of world terrorism.
