Eh, this is kind of disingenuous. The reason the SAFE bill isn’t passing has nothing to do with Senators bringing their dogs in. It has to do with Republicans not being willing to do away with the filibuster.
All of you “censored” spinators that believe in election integrity take your “censored” dogs home.

But what is REALLY disingenuous is John Thune and Republican leadership.
As of now there is no filibuster just the threat of one.
The Republican wing of the uniparty should at least use its majority to take a vote on taking a vote.
The House passed a bill which is based on something overwhelmingly popular with the American people
It deserves to be voted on.
And if not voted on, then it at least deserves the full process the Senate majority leadership can give it which is to be “officially” filibustered.
EVERY US Senator is a treacherous snake no matter what letter follows the name.
The Senate is the power base of the uniparty and the uniparty wants NOTHING to do Voter Id in any form.
Anyone who believes there are two distinct parties in mighty opposition is deluded.
Is the SAFE Act the *only* thing they are not working on? There is no end of things to do to save something that might still look like America and this ain’t it.
I guess the hell with the midterms… We have a dog show to do.
