I don’t believe this was a kidnapping. If it was, it’s one of the strangest ones I’ve ever heard of.
If the FBI wants to find head cartel honchos now, they should be looking for latinos that own Teslas. Hummers are no longer head honcho cars. They ought to see who owns Teslas in AZ. I’ve seen a Mexican guy several times now driving around in a Tesla in Oregon….blacked out windows and no plates. The cops ignore this car.
I saw the guy get out once all decked out in gold chains and several gold rings.
