No, the child of your first cousin is a FIRST COUSIN, ONCE REMOVED.
Not the same as a second cousin relationship. First cousin once removed has about twice the genetic similarity as second cousin, about 6-7% ahared DNA on average compared to about 3%. At least that’s what Perplexity has to say about it.
