I think that they cried because they were scared. They thought their corruption would be exposed and they would suffer the consequences.
Unfortunately, very little of their corruption was exposed and they never suffered any consequences.
No one was held accountable.
Well, also, women pretty much cry when things don’t go their way. So not surprising obama and rice cried. Even hitlery cried.
My evil man hating sister in Hyannis, MA (formerly in Provincetown) wrote* to me that she cried for two days straight when Trump beat Hillary because “now I will not live to see a woman President.” )
She got another chance with Kamala and she’s 75 so who knows?
