How many people have we charged the 13 months only to see a grand jury or regular jury acquit. In order to charge her, it needs to be fully proved so that a guilty plea results.

How often does a Grand Jury find “No Bill”? I’ll tell you, in my experience not very often. These criminal courts in blue states are corrupt. There needs to be military tribunals.

Wrong. You don’t try the case in the Grand jury or a preliminary branch court. The burden of proof in a probable cause hearing isn’t beyond a reasonable doubt, that is the standard for the trial. Probable cause hearing the burden of proof for the case to proceed to trial is that is it likely that the crime occurred, 51%.
