Most of which were on a downward trend, or had a near-zero death rate by the time the vaccines were widely administered. Sure, these real vaccines probably helped finish the diseases off, but they didn't do near as much as all the propaganda claiming lives saved based on their highest death rate before the vaccines were even approved, much less widely shot.
