X is a social media account. This guy didn’t do it in private. Did anyone drop a dime to the cops about the guy on X threatening to go postal?

I suspect there are tens of thousands of such threats per day.

I also suspect his family stopped reading his tweets years ago. They're victims and don't need to be exposed to more of his illness online.

The "doctors" who would have exposed him were instead the ones mutilating him and prescribing him mind-altering hormone shots, so they're not trustworthy.

Employers, except in certain industries, don't follow employees due to risks of discrimination lawsuits.

The man likely had an audience of strangers who were also mentally ill and felt the same internal rage that he did, so they wouldn't contact authorities.
