I have very little sympathy for any wolf, and feel nothing but anger towards the big-city liberals and East Coasters who forced wolves on the west. We wiped them out for a reason and the wolves that have been “reintroduced” don’t belong here. (see Colorado illegally importing Canadian wolves). I am sure people in Daniel Wyoming feel just as strongly.

Also, putting this in perspective, he captured the wolf, taped it up, and displayed it to his friends.? Sounds like we do just as bad with every prisoner, and this only rises to the level of “torture” in a world that has lost all context for real life.

Understanding all the emotions behind this, what the man actually did, and understanding how wolves kill, give the man a fine and let’s move on.

This story is totally blown out of all proportion. Any time we have a perp walk, by the same standard are we not torturing the prisoner? This trial will be a national interest trial, and it is really nothing!

100% - the fact that this is a story shows that we have completely succumbed to rampant emotionalism. The facts of this case are a complete nothing-burger.
