All the facts show is that he captured a wolf, held it, and then killed it. If that is torture or cruel, then every prisoner on death row is a violation of the eighth amendment.
Are you fine with human prisoners being held on death row before execution? Or is that cruel and unusual?
What a dilemma.
I can’t decide if this qualifies as a Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc or just a Red Herring.
Either way, I’m allergic to logical fallacies.
