Is this about the uber driver who could read English? Or the kid? Or the kid’s story put in to detract from the non English speaking issue. Or the non English speaking uber driver story put in to cover up from the actual dangers of kids taking dope?
Lotta coverup in there both ways
Where does it say the driver wasn’t an English speaker?
So not a situation anywhere like this, but I had a Lyft driver, about six months ago, followed the wrong GPS. Actually Lyft was giving him the wrong exit. When I tried to tell him to get off the exit before, which was the direct shot to my home, I found out that he couldn’t speak English. Long story short, he followed the wrong directions, ended up getting stopped at a gated community, and then we had to use Google translate for me to type in the directions in English and translate it to Spanish for him. After the fact, I was kind of annoyed that I didn’t think to tell him exito triente, but then again, why should I have had to?
