Cuba used to be US party place.
Pretty well off and really fun place to visit.
The ancient ones told me that this was the best place in the world to go on vacations.
So yes, it can be a rich party place again!
I will admit that this is a consequence (I think a good one) to the Venezuela action that I did not foresee. No local aviation fuel means no flights. Planes don’t fly on fairy-dust.
