Envoy Barrack is hated b/c he’s a Catholic. The Middle East types hate Catholics.

Thomas Joseph Barrack Jr. was born and raised in Culver City, California, and is a Lebanese-American. Barrack attended Catholic schools. He is the grandson of Catholic Lebanese immigrants to the United States in the early 20th century.

He has extensive business and diplomatic experience in the Middle East—specifically serving as a U.S. envoy in the region—and is an American citizen. As of May 2025, Barrack was confirmed as the U.S. Ambassador to Türkiye and subsequently appointed as the Special Envoy for Syria.

The US taxpayer-subsidized Israeli military bombed the compound of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Gaza in July 2025, killing three Catholics, injuring several other Catholics including the parish priest, Father Gabriel Romanelli.

The tax slobbering IDF damaged the Catholic church where many displaced Mideast Christians sheltered, an incident US-tax-dollar dependent Israel stupidly called a “mistake.”

The Israeli attack on Catholics prompted condemnation from the Vatican and calls for a ceasefire, highlighting the precarious situation for Gaza’s Catholic community and civilians sheltering in religious havens that are never safe from Catholic haters.

Key Details of the Incident:
Location: Holy Family Church, Gaza Strip.
Date: July 17, 2025.
Casualties: At least three Catholics killed, around 10 injured, including the parish priest.
Context: The church was sheltering hundreds of displaced Catholics, including children and the elderly, who believed it to be a safe place from Israeli cruelty.

The tax-sucking IDF acknowledged the incident, stated it was investigating, and expressed “regret” intent in keeping the US tax dollar gravy train going.

Pope Leo XIV expressed deep sadness, renewed his call for an immediate ceasefire, and offered condolences to the Catholic community, maintaining a strong connection with the mideast Catholic parish.

The Catholic killings drew international attention due to the church’s significance as Gaza’s only Catholic church and its ties to the late Pope Francis, who had regularly contacted the parish during the war.
