I have a relative who has now had at least three larger strokes and multiple minor strokes. He somehow recovers from them, and enjoys the attention and willingness of others to care for him—even wiping his butt, while recovering.

He then gets right back to WhatsApp virtual sex calls and getting everyone mad at him, including his wife, again.

Some people are incorrigible.

Please don't be incorrigible. Use your remarkable recovery to be an even better godly example, unlike my disgusting relative.

"Some people are incorrigible."

At 78, and after having worked with several people who had severe health issues and recovered, I discovered there were two types of survivors. One type takes their health crisis seriously, changes old habits, and works hard to maintain a healthy state. The other type thinks they have to constantly push the envelope, doing stupid things that put their health at risk once again.
