It is about the only day in the year that we get take out food from the local Italian deli. They have great “hand food.”

I guess I’m a food snob. I cook/make 99.9% of what I eat. Made a Genoa, ham, and pepperoni for lunch. Brooklyn style. With provolone and jalapeños. So it was as Tex-Brook sangwich.
