The best plan to reform the immigration crisis is to deport all the non-citizens and then re-evaluate the citizenship of anyone guilty of criminal behavior.
Have a submarine patrolling the channel to sink all “refugee” boats, and any boats belonging to NGO’s that help the “refugees.”
You’d probably only have to sink a few before the message gets clear. And you could scoop up the passengers, that would be OK. And ship them right back to whatever port they had departed.
Stop all social benefits to illegals immediately. Not one pence for any reason. Send them all back to France.
