Do we want to get to the part where Nanook rubs it?
Heh, when I was a little kid, I remember my grandfather would say to me when I was dressed to go out in the cold: "You look like Nanook of The North!"
I had no idea what that was, until a few months ago, I came across this:

Heh, all these years, I had wondered what that was my grandfather was referring to!
As an interesting aside, the guy who shot the footage showing an astonished Nanook grinning at this "magic" took a lot of heat for that set up sequence as being condescending to the Inuit, but the man had a great deal of affection and respect for Nanook, and Nanook who understood in advance how the gramophone worked, was fully willing to play the part of the astonished primitive man seeing modern technology like the gramophone for the first time, and understood exactly what the guy making the documentary was trying to do!
I admit, I was very impressed with the documentary!
