I am not a Jesuit, nor have I ever been. And I had a dim view of that Pope, as he said many heretical things. But the Chruch has survived many a clunker pope.

The Bible tells me (both in the Matthew telling and the Luke telling) to look for signs, just like you can look at a fig tree and tell the change of seasons.
