He was stalking Federal Agents. He went to locations of a Federal Law Enforcement Ops repeatedly.
Paul is not rational. He does not think ahead when he is grandstanding. He just wants his face on T.V. He hurts the Republicans with his silly moves.
And he resisted ICE while carrying on both occasions. That's how he ended up with a bruised or fractured rib the first time. You don't get those injuries unless you engage in physical confrontation with law enforcement.
