There is a simple but critical flaw in your analysis.

In every one of these kinds of events , their is a chain of events that leads up the final shooting event.

You are looking at the last link of the event chain in a mistaken perception that that is the critical link .

Also, you may have missed a critical link. There are reports that the SIG320 the guy was carrying produced an uncommanded discharge during the struggle when the officer disarmed the guy and the sound of gunshot is what started the officers shooting.

Uncommanded discharges under rough handing are a known issue with the SIG P320.

Even is reports of the uncommanded dischagre are inaccurate, the justifiably of the shooting was established at links far inn advance of the final link you are investigating.

This was a legally justified shooting under the ROE the ICE officers worked under and more than justifiable under the circumstances the officers were working under.

rand paul wants to protect the ice protest and riots, so they stop enforcing immigration laws and allow any illegal alient that want to come to the country to do so, which means they eventually will vote for the left and complete the leftist take over of the country,

pretti had pulled the protester in brown away from the agent. he sees the agent going after the protester in the light colored coat, and runs and rams the agent with his arm and body

pretti hits the agent with his arm hard enough that the agent loses his balance - watch the legs and body


the agent starts to defend himself by pulling out tear gas

pretti keeps his right arm cocked ready to strike before protester in brown grabs his arm

randfan seems to want to promote the same open border policies.... and the eventual take over of the country by the left with socialism and communism
