Yes, unfortunately, criminal cases take a long time.
The right for speedy trial is probably the most often violated constitutional right!

From AI

A RICO investigation is a federal, proactive investigation targeting ongoing criminal enterprises, focusing on organized crime, corruption, and complex syndicates. It uses the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act to connect a pattern of at least two predicate crimes—such as fraud, bribery, or murder—committed by individuals on behalf of an enterprise within 10 years. These investigations often take years, involve wiretaps and financial analysis, and aim to dismantle organizations, not just individuals.

So
RICO investigation takes like 10 years!
Anything going to trial takes a lot of time and resources.
Especially that the Dems have good lawyers!
People here constantly attacking Bondi do not understand it!

I was being sarcastic—mocking people here who think getting stomped on is acceptable.

1,400 J6 indictments took a couple of years.

The Democrats know how to fight and win.

The Republicans know how to make excuses and lose.
