Here are the two problems voters face because of “maverick” congressional Republicans:
Their own 'integrity' forbids them to do what voters want them to do. They know better.
Their non-combative (weak) nature is a feature, not a bug, and it’s killing the conservative agenda.
Frankly, I’d like to strangle any Republican who does not support what Trump is doing.

That's a rather poor choice of phrase.
The NC senate seat is lost as the popular governor is running to succeed weak-kneed Tom Tillis. Perhaps the GOP can pin the subway death of that beautiful Ukrainian babe on him. Then there’s the weak Biden response to the hurricane which people forget. Was governor Roy Cooper silent in his criticism? That’s about it.
Specifically thinking about John Cornyn and Dan Crenshaw.
“Their own ‘integrity’ forbids them to do what voters want them to do. They know better.”
That’s not the problem. The problem is they and their donors are invested in keeping things pretty much the way they are. That’s why they hate Trump so much. He’s a change agent.
Voter integrity laws would start electing MAGA folks that the money can’t control as effectively. So effective voter integrity laws will never happen without torches and pitchforks.
Also look at the weak-kneed response of church goers in two cases when invaders rushed in. They say there and did nothing. NOTHING.
This is the GOP base — they sit there. Even when risk is brought to the faces of their children, they sit there.
No wonder Rome had it so easy in feeding their lions.
Jesus might have said “turn the other cheek”, he did not say surrender. But, that is what Christians and GOP are doing, surrendering.
I would argue that they’re wimpy and complicit.

Ok... how about throttle. Considering that these ‘resist we much’ cretins like Massie, Paul and the other “Maverick McCain-like” RINOs, are literally strangling the nation with their obstructing actions against the Trump agenda, I think the word strangle is appropriate.
These traitorous cretins, like the radical leftists, couldn’t care LESS about the will of the majority of Americans that voted FOR the Trump agenda... not for their agenda.
Article and author is spot-on.
100% A+
Time for a new American Party- pro American, pro small business, pro military, anti immmigration.

Wouldn’t work. As soon as that ‘other’ party was formed, the RINOs would immediately clean up their act and go public, flood the airways and internet, with their sudden “pro-all-MAGA” agenda... which would thus confuse voters into voting for the devil they know.... the GOP.
Of course, they are complicit. For the most part, they are, or have been, dues-paying sycophants of the U.S. Chamber of Crypto-Fascist, Crony Commerce who want their power back so they can go back to the old days of what’s yours is yours, and what’s ours we can negotiate.
