That’s part of the problem. For me, the biggest problem is that every show is the same: Start with a monologue that bashes Trump, bring on some anti-Trump guests—always Leftists, no conservatives, and then sit and bash Trump for an hour. It’s Groundhog Day for TV.
I tend to agree....it’s like they hired six guys to write funny material, and it can only go one single ‘path’. It’s been a ‘dead-funny’ zone since 2017. If you go to each network affiliate....each would say it’s a free period of entertainment but no one seems to watch.
Meanwhile...we all got used to streaming TV options and won’t go back to network late-night.
