Agree...Glad I’m on the back end of the mess that’s about to come...It’s hard enough accepting the changes in the past 20 years..I have no desire to live through the coming changes. The maternal side of my family has LONGEVITY and I don’t wish to duplicate that - 105 and 107 years old great aunt and uncle. I know it’s not up to me but it’s my opinion.....

I don’t doubt AI will be able to consume and catalogue all human knowledge that has been digitized by at least 2030. What remains entirely unclear is whether AI can create new knowledge that requires leaps of creativity.

That’s what I think about AI. One big mess. It may have some attractive features, but it also has some very unattractive ones & the more humanity depends on it, the less we might recognize it’s downfalls. I am old, so might not see some of this happen, but that suits me fine.
