They must be tried in the Federal Court within the district where it happened. That is the last thing law enforcement normally wants to do is “send out warnings of upcoming arrests”.
That lets people flee, destroy evidence and more.
She’s a grandstanding idiot. This is all for show. I cannot imagine anywhere in that district that will not have at least one democrat on the jury. So clearly, this is for show.
If she were serious, there would be no warnings, and the enforcement would involve RICO against the organizations and financiers. There would be accounts seized etc.
This is flash in the pan.
And they’ll be pardoned by a future Dem president and probably get a big pay day assuming they ever get convicted.
