Hillsborough police arrested Priyatharsini Natarajan, 35, on Jan. 13 for allegedly murdering her two sons, ages 5 and 7, in her Hillsborough home, according to the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office.

I lived in Hillsborough from 1978-1989, in the Meadows Condos, on Auten Rd, while working in the adv industry in Midtown Manhattan, for 11yrs.
It was a sleepy, country area, and when I moved to PA to build and run my 20ac garden center/nursery/lscp contracting business, I sold to an Indian couple for 3x what I bought the condo for, 11yrs earlier.
I went back in the late-90s, and the whole area was unrecognizable. I had to ask a cop at the 7-11, for direction to Auten Rd, as NJ-DOT had ‘modified’ the road and condos/offices/strip malls were everywhere.
Unbelievable what the once-nice area had turned into!

What dead eyes indeed. We need a complete Rx list to see if she was on those wonderful prescribed anti-depressants with Homicidal/Suicidal ideation as the main side effx. Not an excuse, but vital evidence that often gets ignored.
This reporter really stinks in how she wrote this whole account. If you can tolerate reading the whole article, the last statement is a reminder that the Mother is innocent until proven guilty. Will there be any investigation into the “culture” of some Indian men beating their wives at will in America? Again, not an excuse for her, but prison may be a relief from her previous daily experience.

Hillsborough should have plenty of strong oak trees available on short notice with a shorter rope as an accessory.
