Leak exposes identities of thousands of ICE, Border Patrol agents: Reports
NewsNation ^ | January 13, 2026 | Justin Walker

NewsNation) — The identities of thousands of federal employees working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Border Patrol have been leaked, according to online reports,

According to a report from The Independent, the leak includes the identities of about 4,500 federal employees working with ICE, including 2,000 agents. They were shared with the website The ICE List, which calls itself a “journalistic project” meant to share information to “hold ICE members legally accountable.”

The site, which accepts user-generated data, includes photos and descriptions, and is indexed by state. DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin, who is included on the site, told The Independent that the leak “would constitute 4,500 felonies.”

Dominick Skinner launched The ICE List, which is hosted in the Netherlands and cannot be taken down by the U.S. government, according to the report. Skinner told The Daily Beast that he believes the shooting of Renee Good on Jan. 7 was “the last straw for many people.”

“It is a sign that people aren’t happy within the U.S. government, clearly,” Skinner said.

Renee Good was shot and killed by a federal immigration agent. Video from the scene showed the incident. On Monday, sources told NewsNation that 1,000 additional Border Patrol agents were expected to arrive in Minnesota amid demonstrations following the shooting.

A Quinnipiac poll published Tuesday indicated that 53% of registered voters said the shooting of Good was not justified. Thirty-five percent said it was justified, while 12% said they did not know.

According to the report, 80% of the individuals identified in the leak are still employed by the Department of Homeland Security.

Subject: Tomorrow - Pablo Farewell Happy Hour

Hi Teams,

I’m leaving DNC to takeover as VP of Comms at the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. This is my last week here. My farewell happy hour, if you haven’t seen the invite yet on Facebook. . .

Beyond that, thanks for the memories. It’s been great reducing Republican campaigns to rubble with you, as well running easily the election’s top booking operation…if not the best progressive politics has ever seen. Final broadcast booking count over the last 12 months is nearly 300 hits, roughly half in Spanish and half in English, which is amazing.

Plus Javier Gamboa for DCCC awareness.

My civilian contact info is below.

Hugs,
Pablo

Working at the DNC Sounds Very Cool (Except Not at All)
The DNC leak has revealed the true hero of the Democratic party. His name is Pablo and he no longer works there.

This week Wikileaks released a trove of hacked emails from the DNC that it obtained from hackers associated with the Russian government. Considering the timing of the release (right before the Democratic National Convention), it seems at least somewhat clear that Russia is doing what it can to put its finger on the scales and push the election toward Trump. As TPM put it: “Trump & Putin. Yes, it’s really a thing.” Of course for the leak to be able to move the needle there would have to be some major news hidden within its 20,000 emails and as of now, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Sure it seems like some members of the DNC preferred Hillary to Bernie, but the fact that Bernie was able to keep the campaign so close and take it so deep into the season, would indicate that any claims of conspiracy are pretty unfounded. If the system were rigged, Hillary would have locked the thing up months earlier than she did.

So no. No bombshells have come out from this leak as of yet, but one thing that has come out of it is a hero. And that hero’s name is Pablo Manriquez, the former media booker for the DNC. Here’s one exchange from earlier this May that has gone viral from the emails.

Pablo, What’s the status of tomorrow’s CNN AM hit? Can we move it closer to the 820 POTUS hit? If not we may have to pull the plug. Let us know ASAP. Thanks, Ryan

Agree with Kate. After you finish fucking off, Pablo, you can lock it in. The Chair is good for the early hit per Ryan just now.

After much ado, they can do 6:40AM. That’s 20 minutes later than the 6:20AM we agreed to. From CNN, the phrase “honor your commitment” came up five times in three conversations just now. So it’s good we’re doing that.
These emails are incredible. Pablo’s frustration totally matches the frustration that so many of us have with the DNC. It often seems like news cycles are lost due to sheer incompetency and to see someone in the shop calling them out on it and demanding that they not continue to blow it is incredible. Pablo no longer works at the DNC, having moved on to a new job, but lord knows the committee could use the exact kind of discipline he seems to want of them.

H/T @ashleyfeinberg.

Democratic National Committee hires new Latino outreach director
By Elizabeth Llorente Fox News
Published April 27, 2015 9:17am EDT | Updated January 1, 2017 8:13am EST

Pablo Manriquez grew up in Missouri listening to his parents’ accounts of the repressive military dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet in Chile, the land of his birth.

It instilled in Manriquez a deep sense of gratitude for the liberties and political system – flaws and all – in his adopted homeland.

Manriquez, named after his father’s favorite poet, Chilean Pablo Neruda, internalized that admiration for U.S. democracy and the political system so much that he majored in political science at Notre Dame, and has devoted much of his life afterward to working on campaigns, including President Barack Obama’s in 2008.

Now, the Democratic National Committee has named Manriquez, 31, as its director of Hispanic Media, a nod to the increasingly important role of Latino voters.

“I am thrilled that Pablo will be joining us at the DNC,” said DNC Chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz in a statement announcing the hiring of Manriquez.

“Our building is working to show all communities that the Democratic Party is truly the party that has their backs,” Wasserman said, “and Pablo is the right person to help us deliver that message. I am confident that Pablo’s press experience and communications relationships have given him the exact qualifications we need at the DNC.”

Manriquez, who has been based in Washington D.C. since 2009, when Obama took office, has held a variety of roles in mid-term and presidential election campaigns, much of them focused on reaching out to Latino voters. He had been freelancing for Fox News Latino for about two months.

He worked on Latino digital and field outreach for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee during the 2010 mid-term election season, and as Midwest digital director and Latino outreach point person for the Obama 2008 campaign, among other roles in other election cycles.

“I’m very excited to be joining the team of the DNC and to have serious conversations about the candidates and the issues that are important to Hispanics,” Manriquez told Fox News Latino on Saturday. “They say 2008 was a Facebook election, 2012 was the Twitter election. And I say 2016 will be the Latino election.”

Nearly 24 million Latinos were registered to vote in 2012, a record, according to the Pew Hispanic Center. That marked an increase of 4 million, or 22 percent, from 2008, when 19.5 million Latinos were registered.

Latinos played a crucial role in Obama’s 2008 election, when 67 percent of them voted for him, and 31 percent for GOP candidate Sen. John McCain of Arizona.

They voted for Obama overwhelmingly again in 2012, when 71 percent supported him for re-election, and 27 percent supported the GOP nominee, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.

The Latino community is growing in places once considered unlikely spots for it to settle – places like Missouri, where Manriquez came of age.

“So I was named for Pablo Neruda, and raised in Huckleberry Finn country,” Manriquez quipped.

That informed a bicultural life, he said.

“I was raised being read Neruda’s poems, and being taught Mark Twain,” he noted.

Working on Latino outreach for the Obama campaign in Indiana in 2008 was eye-opening, he said, mainly because he was surprised to find a significant Hispanic population there.

“I had never thought of Indiana as a place where the Hispanic community would factor prominently for a primary race and, later, the presidential race,” he said. “There’s a huge Hispanic community there.”

He plans to draw from his past campaign work and life as an immigrant and Midwesterner to bolster Latino participation in the 2016 election, and engage them in discussions on the most salient issues, Manriquez said.

Double the tariffs on the Netherlands until they hand Dominick Skinner over.

A national security threat like this is worth that level of escalation.

Yeah, well, the election of Trump and polls showing consistent support for removing illegal aliens is a sign that people rejected open borders and looting the nation.
