POLITICAL VIOLENCE: Trained ICE Watch activists in Portland were seen trapping ICE agents in their vehicles while calling for backup. Citizens cannot take the law into their own hands or obstruct federal officers.

ransomnote: In the video, a woman manuevers her car to box in another vehicle driven by an I.C.E. agent. As she continues to manuever, and the I.C.E. vehicle also manuevers, she says, "We can play, my car is bigger than yours." After more manuevering, she opens her car door and yells, "I.C.E.!  It's I.C.E.! Please help me record! Get behind them if you have a car! If you have a car get behind them; it's I.C.E.!"

She gestures to another car and says, "Can you pull behind them? It's I.C.E. They're trying to kidnap people. Please pull behind them."

After asking several more times for another car to pull behind them, a car does move to block the I.C.E. vehicle.

She ridicules I.C.E. and says they aren't going anywhere. With the I.C.E. car blocked in some directions, she asks pedestrians to walk the road so they can't get out. People are filming the trapped vehicle and she says they have it blocked in but they need more cars. She walks up to the car filming, determining how many occupants are inside and remarking they are 'losers'.
