D’IBERVILLE, Miss. (WXXV)- One man is dead and another man is behind bars after attempting to rob another person in D’Iberville on Monday night.
The Harrison County coroner has identified the deceased as 25-year-old Tristan Young of Hattiesburg.
Twenty-five-year-old Ahmad Hawthorne is charged with armed robbery and accessory after the fact in a drive by shooting.
The incident happened in the parking lot of the Cypress Lanes Bowling Alley around 7:30 Monday night.
D’Iberville police say there was an arranged meeting between two parties to purchase electronics.
A third person, Young, showed up, attempting to rob the purchaser at gunpoint. The purchaser then took out the gun and fired shots in self-defense, hitting Young, who later died at an area hospital.
Hawthrone was then taken into custody and is now being held on a $500,000 bond.
“Ahmad” a man of the cloth?
I was hoping to find a picture of Tristan Young, the deceased thief. Have not had much luck.
Can we ever get back to real old fashioned justice?
Let’s show concern for decent innocent American citizens!
These followers of Satan DO NOT need to be here. EXECUTE THEM!!
Any purchases or sales I make are transacted at the library, which shares a parking lot with the police department. I’m also armed.
“The purchaser then took out the gun and fired shots in self-defense, hitting Young, who later died at an area hospital.”
Glad the purchaser was able to protect himself and was apparently not physically harmed.
One less maggot hood off the street.

Purchasing electronics? Sounds more like fencing stolen stuff.
What was the warranty on the goods? Return policy? Did the electronics even work?
A great suggestion I read online about these type of transactions is to have them in the police station. This is how transfers of children are done between warring parents.
Anti police demonstrations to start in Minneapolis any minute now: Police attacking a poor Arab.
Since a death resulted, he should also go down for felony murder.
