Florida’s Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd gave his opinion on the Minneapolis ICE shooting, saying, “If you do felonious assaults with two-ton weapons, expect to be shot.”
Judd posted his take on the incident in which an ICE agent shot and killed a woman who allegedly drove her vehicle into him.
He opened his comments by saying, “You have to be accountable for your conduct, and that starts with the mayor. Did you hear his filthy talk? Did you hear his filthy, uninformed talk yesterday?”
Breitbart News reported that Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey (D) responded to the ICE-involved shooting by telling the agency to “get the f*ck out of Minneapolis” and also claiming “We do not want you here…”
Judd went on to describe what he saw in the video clip of the Minneapolis incident, noting that it appeared law enforcement officers “were trying to take the occupant of the car out of the vehicle.” He said it appeared the vehicle “backed up and drove directly at the ICE agent. That is a deadly weapon, a two-ton deadly weapon.”

What about going by the law? Arrest her and have a trial... Do cops want to be judge and jury now?
Oh how I wish Florida had California weather....one doesn’t hate California it’s gorgeous one hates their commie government.
Imagine a world with Florida government in California’s location. Paradise. Sun,snow,surf,cattle,hunting, fly and deep sea fishing, tons of mountains to hike and camp in. It’s the commies that ruin it.
it’s like in Israel where a palestinian kid will get shot for throwing rocks at soldiers and the world convulses. These are 15-16 year old “kids,” and when I was 15-16, I was at the strongest I’ve ever been. A kid like that throwing a rock can easily kill somebody.
It’s just a rock, she was just in her car resisting when she was “murdered,” boo-hoo. Typical tactic of the left.
Arrest her? Are you nuts? What do you think the agents were doing? She refused multiple lawful orders. One of the officers likely said “You are under arrest.” She would not comply, would not put the vehicle in park, would not put her hands on the wheel, would not exit the vehicle.
Oh, right. We should let all fleeing felons just take off with a big “Eff you, copper! I’m NOT under arrest.”
Question:
How much time elapsed between the time the vehicle started moving forward toward the agent and when the agent drew, aimed and fired the first shot?
Now take moment of time and try to determine how much time that agent had determine the vehicle, in his mind, was a lethal threat and make the decision to take the action he did.
It was solely the driver’s decision to:
1. Show up to the location of the ICE
2. Use her vehicle to block traffic and interfere with the lawful enforcement of federal laws
3. To refuse lawful orders by federal officers to exit her vehicle
4. To intentionally put her vehicle into reverse after having been lawfully ordered to exit the vehicle, while federal law enforcement officers were attempting to open her door
5. To intentionally put the vehicle into drive while in the direct path of a federal law enforcement officer, while other federal law enforcement officers were still trying to open her door and remove her from the vehicle
So now, a man who was simply performing his lawful duty has to live with the fact that he had to take someone’s life in self defense and three kids have to live the rest of their lives without their mother.
It is truly sad that so many people are being brainwashed by the likes Walz, Frye, Crockett, AOC, Jeffries, Schumer and so many others.
How do you propose to have an arrest and trial in the maybe half second the officer has to react?]
In the vid from down the street, in front of the SUV, the SUV clearly moves forward, and as it strikes the officer he obscures the driver’s side headlight. So, clearly he was in front of the SUV when it began to accelerate forward.
I have no idea if “Renee” was trying to hit the officer or if she just panicked, but neither could the officer know. It doesn’t matter, either: A SUV moving toward a human in such a situation IS a deadly threat.
That said, better training should reduce the chance the officer would be in such a vulnerable position. There are a LOT of crazy and / or drug addled people out there, and placing just your body in front of a SUV in a tense situation is not too bright. You’d think some smart reporter would ask Administration officials just such a question (about training), but, “smart reporter” is sort of an oxymoron.

An former local Sheriff (obviously a liberal) was decrying the President’s rush to comment (but ignored the Minneapolis mayor’s rushed comments). The Sheriff said that proper training tells an officer not to put himself in front of a vehicle. That said, the case could perhaps be made that he was off to the passenger side until she backed up and then turned right and drove forward.
Or more likely, he was moving towards the driver side to help the other agent, but on an icy surface didn’t make it over there soon enough before the car pulled forward.
Just like most things, the outcome would have been different if the people involved had made different decisions. But the driver instigated the entire mess, and it was her ultimate poor decision.
Depending on the year and trim, a Honda Pilot has a curb weight of around 4400 lbs.
Judd is an American Treasure.
Blonde and Ka$h need to be paying attention.
