I have a friend who sellls on a TikTok shop. In order to start selling, you need thousands of followers. When I asked her how she got so many followers, she said you can buy something like 2000 followers for about $30 or something like that. I noticed on Youtube, the top videos, with literally billions of hits are always from China and India. You can’t post a video about some Chinese woman picking a melon and get a billion hits in a day. Ridiculous.

My point of this— 99% of the internet is BS. It’s mostly porn with some cat videos. AI literally forms its “mind,” from this sewer of nonsense which is why AI doesn’t scare me. Imagine if your “mind,” was the internet. AI is a swirling cesspool of crap.

100% spot on. I used to enjoy history videos on Youtube. But now it's a chore. I would say that now fully 50% are AI slop. I'm learning how to recognize them, but the fakes are getting better at their deception.

Probably the hugest part of the problem originates among mud people in muddy third world countries. They aren't human in the sense that you and I are. They have absolutely no moral values. They are scum.

Youtube used to be fun, but they are basically no different from hollywood now. I’ll find a title that I’d be interested in, and it will be 30 minutes to an hour. Im not going to invest that kind of time. And yes, the AI -generated slop. You can always tell it’s a chinese or indian video because you hear the british computer voice of the narrator speaking in that unnatural sing-song cadence. Translation errors
