Let’s be above board about it. It’s cruel and unfair to inflict the language in the NY Times letter that will ensue. They shudder to think about it.

Feds go in, shut them down, make arrests and ICE deports them all on the spot.

Whether they provide the data or not President Trump is going to wrap them around the axle for the next three years.
Unless there is a nuclear war or equivalent this is the Trump card for 2026 and beyond.
Can Trump make this stick to the democrats? I say yes; he is pretty good on the campaign trail.
