Because the ncaa and it's nil is ruining college sports?..because its a monopoly with lax tax regulations? Perhaps because it's taxes that pay for colleges and the stadiums and the roads and airports that support them.?..or perhaps it's a total travesty that has destroyed the college atmosphere and the result will be colleges dropping sports entirely...

Because taxes pay for the roads to the universities? this is why the federal government has a right to be involved? Am I on Freerepublic hearing this? This road argument sounds just like something Obama or Hillary would say?

Football brings in revenue to the schools….its none of the federal government’s business.
