I didn’t know that Somalia is a member of the U.N.

Not only is it a member, but just as the daycare story was breaking, Somalia was made PRESIDENT of the U.N. Security Council... lol.

Which proves there's a God with an awesome sense of humor. No mere mortal could ever make-up that level of clown world.
