I’m starting to think this 15 y/o girl was a willing ‘kidnapping’ victim. Her dog went for the ride too.
Might be time to have a private talk with this teenager.
Some kids are impulsive, short term thinkers and don’t even consider all the worry their actions will cause their family.
I am sure they are keeping that concept in mind as they investigate.
