We also believe in redemption. He may have changed his mind on a number of things. Trump had donated to RFK Jr.’s OTHER uncle’s campaign, and that had been enough for me to not be eager to support him, even if it was just for business. The Trump we have as president is not that man. I am glad I gave him a chance to exceed my expectations.
As long as RFK Jr. follows the president’s line on the key things, he can make all the arguments he wants on shots, and the arguments can stand or fall on the merits. He is not reducing funding for or denying anyone a flu shot.
He’s staying in his lane so far!
