That’s what my childhood was like. All white town, all white school, never had to worry, never had to look over my shoulder. I took it for granted.
I lived in a 100% White city. It was paradise and at night i would listen to the aerospace company test rocket engines. The earth would shake. I lived next to a university and all of us wanted to grow up to be astronauts. Now, the city I grew up in could be used for a set in the next Mad Max movie.
