I have no idea where you got that information. Silver production has been running in a deficient for years now. The reason for that is the fraudulent manipulated paper silver contracts that keep the price of mining it prohibitive. Silver production now is mainly a by-product from other mining like copper and lead. I hear the shorts are in big trouble now, the chickens have came home to roost.
