Reality. Domestic killing time served generally don’t run very long. Longer for white on white than for black on black in most cases. I’ll yield to any Florida lawyer who wants to chime in on practical realities in that state.
Per AI, the average time served for domestic killings nationwide is 13.4 years. She probably won’t get a 2 for 1 special so some extra time for her. I would expect her back out before 70 if she behaves.
