If it wasn’t for the guy who worked with the Providence PD to help locate the killer, what then? He was volunteer “boots on the ground” for them and did the right thing. I’d hate to see him be punished for his good deed. If there was a reward I think they owe it to him, while the Brown University president should resign immediately.
If he would’ve called the Cops after finding him inside the building, all these people would be alive and healthy.
