This article about DARPA is from the adult view, so here it is again, how darkness attempts to block the light by making its case with a flood of negative waves.

And that's a funny ironic thing about the GO-ings on in the universe -- negativity is what keeps things moving (God knows how to outwit, even before the first spark).
electron = electric + ion
ion: from Ancient Greek ἰόν (ión, “going”)
The Torah reveals that pronounced differently, "ion" actually GOes way back to Ancient Greece itself, from wine. Wine, in Hebrew circuits, is code for secrets:
"When wine enters -- secrets emerge."
יצא (101) (to exit, to go out)
Numerically, יון is 66 (= son of David, בן דוד) from wine יין, 70. There are verses for that in Genesis 46 -- a place of much mystery, theory, and conjecture for how the soul math is supposed to work; i.e. who is the 70th "missing" soul.
26 All the persons who went with Jacob to Egypt, who came from his body, besides Jacob's sons' wives, were sixty-six persons in all.
27 And the sons of Joseph who were born to him in Egypt were two persons. All the persons of the house of Jacob who went to Egypt were seventy.

Initially, it looks like DARPAs progress platform means more jobs, better education, bigger civic improvements and lower taxes:
DARPA frames the GO program in benign language, pointing to potential applications such as faster medical treatments, resilient manufacturing, and improved agricultural systems. But this framing ignores the obvious reality of dual-use technology. Any system capable of programming life at the molecular level is, by definition, a strategic asset -- and a potential weapon.
It's one big flipped over story:
1 "Then we turned and went up the road to Bashan; and Og king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei.
2 And the Lord said to me, "Do not fear him, for I have delivered him and all his people and his land into your hand; you shall do to him as you did to Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon."
3 "So the Lord our God also delivered into our hands Og king of Bashan, with all his people, and we [a]attacked him until he had no survivors remaining.
4 And we took all his cities at that time; there was not a city which we did not take from them: sixty cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.
5 All these cities were fortified with high walls, gates, and bars, besides a great many rural towns.
6 And we utterly destroyed them, as we did to Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children of every city.
7 But all the livestock and the spoil of the cities we took as booty for ourselves.
"60" cities. The 60 signs mark the Way of the Patriarchs. Ohr as I like to call it, the GO highway, especially because Abram paved the way starting at Genesis 12:1-- where Parshat Lech Lecha begins, meaning "You GO!". Hence Parshat "Go". That was the Torah reading for the date the time machine debuted, so we know that the concept is working.

The public announcement usually comes after proof-of-concept exists...
Yet DARPA and friends and concerned followers can't possibly keep up (escape) for the simple reason that they're all trapped in the lower worlds with no view from above -- no vision, no revelation, no picture of this -- so they don't know the way.

The public announcement usually comes after proof-of-concept exists and the agency is ready to scale, refine, or operationalize.
Oftentimes, they'll announce that they're "working on" something after it's already been done.
