hell yeah! ... all of that manufacturing that was off-shored to Ireland from the USA can move back here, and Ireland can go back to raising sheep, living in stone huts with straw roofs, and eating Haggis: all fossil-fuel-free activities ...

Haggis is pretty much strictly Scottish. Not known in Ireland unless maybe in Belfast and Derry when the Scots brought it over during the plantation years.
