I thought that I’d read that Boast-berg didn’t put his “turn the planes around” order into writing at the time. If true, he should have a judicial malfeasance citation coming to him.

In short, the judge can't be prosecutor and judge at the same time. BoASSberg is just a power hungry corrupt judge, and we all know how he would rule.
