An illegal immigrant viciously bit a federal agent who was arresting him in Louisiana over Thanksgiving weekend.
In images obtained exclusively by the Daily Mail, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent is seen walking away from an arrest gushing blood from his hand after the attack.
Maximiliano Perez-Perez, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, is now facing charges for assaulting a law enforcement officer.
Perez-Perez, 22, used his teeth as a weapon, breaking the skin of the arresting ICE officer and resisting arrest in Tullos, Louisiana on November 21, 2025.
Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said that it's not rare for ICE and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents to be bit and hit with cars during raids and illegal immigrant arrests.
'This is the reality of what our ICE officers are facing every day as they go to work to simply do their job and enforce the law,' McLaughlin told the Daily Mail in a statement on the assault. 'Many of these assaults including biting and vehicle rammings are happening as a direct result of sanctuary politicians encouraging illegal aliens to evade arrest.'
Perez-Perez will remain in ICE custody pending removal from the US.

Club, meet head.

Felony assault.
Club, meet balls.
Human bites are supposed to be dangerous because of potential infections.
Human bites from criminals are dangerous. People think they are sort of funny. They aren’t.
A student assistant of mine before I retired (1990s incident) was an aspiring law enforcement officer. Her goal was to be a US Marshall.
To make money for college she worked part time as an undercover security guard for a big discount store. After a number of other encounters with self-confident shoplifters she confronted one black woman outside the doors and told her she had been seen on cameras and by her. The woman fought back hard, kicking and punching. Then she bit the student’s arm really hard.
Student had large gauze type arm treatment and her arm in a sling. No permanent nerve damage but needed therapy for muscles, plus was in pain every day.
What made the student mad was she had to undergo AIDS tests.
At that time AIDS was often fatal and dreaded. She was okay—no thanks to the really dirty looking low class perp.
“I want her to have to take AIDS tests just like me.”
She was bitter after that.
That poor ICE agent. From now on, every time the Moon is full, he’ll have an insatiable craving for tacos.
Maximiliano sounds trans. Do they have balls?
All of the above, and a lot more.
Just heard that there is a medical crisis at the hospital where they took the ICE agent. Police have barricaded the entrance and Blackhawks are rescuing staff and patients from the roof. National guard is inbound and oh crap, the scanner just went dead.
Gonna have to put the rabid Illegal Alien Corklicker down. The boy ain’t right in the head.
I hope Max fell against something that knocked out all his teeth.
He’s going to need to get in with the ditzy Paula the Greek Hobbit. She’s got a thing for Latino men who bite people. A real sicko Karen.
Anything more? I can’t find anything.
Scanner went dead, shut off maybe?
We had a LEO friend who was bit by one of these invaders.
Same thing ... had to be tested for AIDS, Hep C, and put on a round of antibiotics, for safe measure.
Luckily, he tested negative for the above.
Make Caning Great Again!
That would be great.
I’d be happy if we could just make CRIME PUNISHABLE, all across the country, again.
If they act like an animal, treat them like an animal.
