“Budget cuts”??
WTH? With the wonders of communism, everything will be free. There should be NO budget cuts. In fact, every department’s budget should double immediately. There’s going toi be PLENTY of FREE money! They’ll be rolling in the dough.
I call it “traipsing through the never-ending money tree orchard.”
